About this role
We're seeking a visionary Customer Research Lead to join our team and help shape the future of Planda. Collaborating closely with the CEO and Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and product development.
As the Customer Research Lead, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and preferences of our users, informing product strategy, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Your insights will be instrumental in guiding Planda's evolution and ensuring that our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer research initiatives to gain deep insights into user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify new opportunities and trends in the planning industry.
- Work closely with the Product Lead to define product roadmaps and prioritise feature development based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Champion a customer-centric approach across the organisation, ensuring that the voice of the customer is central to decision-making processes.
Must Haves:
- A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in product management or a related role.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Knowledge of the planning industry and regulatory landscape.
