About this Role
We’re a dynamic, tenacious, and ambitious startup, seeking engineers to join our team in propelling Planda to new heights! We are looking for a highly ambitious Data Science Engineer who will play a pivotal role in managing, running, and maintaining all data fed into Planda's models.
In this role, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of data within our platform, ensuring its integrity, efficiency, and reliability. You'll work closely with our AI team to optimise data pipelines, preprocess and clean data, and develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance Planda's predictive capabilities.

Must Haves’
- A fervent passion for data science and engineering.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, cleaning, and manipulation techniques.
- Experience with data visualisation and exploratory data analysis.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Holds a degree in computer science, mathematics and statistics, or a related field.
Nice to Haves’
- Understanding of NoSQL database technologies
