About this role
We're on a mission to redefine the planning landscape, and we're seeking a visionary Product Lead to join us in shaping the future of Planda. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will spearhead innovation, charting the course for Planda's evolution. Your responsibilities will include developing new product offerings, continuously innovating, and exploring novel applications of Planda's capabilities. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Planda's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product innovation in alignment with the CEO's vision.
- Develop new products and features to enhance Planda's value proposition.
- Explore and capitalise on new applications of Planda's technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and company goals.
Must Haves:
- A real passion for product development and innovation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in product management or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Technical background or familiarity with software development.
